At Encore Audio, we believe that every guest; whether planning an event or dancing at one; deserves an inclusive, barrier-free experience. We’re committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all, including individuals with disabilities.
Our goal is to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to uphold the principles of the Accessible British Columbia Act.

- Accessible Forms: All forms use labeled fields and provide helpful guidance for errors or omissions.
Live Event Accessibility
We don’t stop at the website. If your venue or audience has unique accessibility requirements—such as alternate audio setups, visual display adjustments, or mobility considerations—we’re happy to collaborate. Every event deserves to be as inclusive and welcoming as the people attending it.
Where We’re Still Improving
We’re continually refining and enhancing our site. Current areas of focus include:
- Adding transcripts and captions to all multimedia content
- Improving ARIA support for dynamic elements (e.g., accordions, modals)
- Evaluating third-party widgets and plug-ins for accessibility gaps
